# Saudi Contracts Law

This website is a knowledge base for Saudi Contracts Law with a focus on construction contracts. Topics include: contracts and claims management, relevant legislation and shared-experience.

The new Saudi Civil Transactions Law (CTL) defined five sources of obligations. The contract is a source of obligation under the CTL. We will go through the sources and focus on the contract.
